The Body Bands come in two different lengths. The shorter for lower body exercises, and the longer for upper body exercises.
Quality is unlike any other resistance band I've come across. Very durable, vibrant non-fading colours. Necessary for glute activation to build your peach and great for home workouts. I have all three strengths. I would recommend light/medium for warm up and medium/heavy for workout.

The quality of these bands is second to none. I find rubber bands can roll and be uncomfortable. That's why I love these bands so much as they are fabric! The strength of each one is perfect and the design of them is nothing like I've ever seen before!!

Amazing quality and I'm obsessed with all the designs. Definitely the most unique and aesthetically pleasing bands I've seen on the market.
