"The Body Band” can help rehabilitate sprains, strains, sore muscles and relieve joint stiffness and inflammation with the use of hot and/or cold therapy.

"The Body Band"  Usage Instructions

To immobilize the hips, fold the Velcro® straps back and unroll "The Body Band”. Insert heat pack or ice pack and position the band under your mid-thigh region. Wrap "The Body Band” around your thighs and secure the Velcro® straps.

  • Use cold therapy to treat inflammation and pain. Apply in increments of 15-20 minutes or as medically advised. Time should be reduced to 5 minutes if applying to bare skin.

  • Use heat therapy to treat sore muscles and/or tightness. Apply in increments of 15-20 minutes or as medically advised. Time should be reduced to a maximum of 10 minutes if applying to bare skin.

  • Use up to 3 times per day or as medically advised.

Ice Pack(s):
Freeze for 12-24 hours or until cold
Heat Pack(s):
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Remove pot from stove and submerge the pack(s) in the water for 6-8 minutes or until the desired temperature has been reached.

Whether you’re on the job or participating in sports or recreational activities, the possibility of dislocating a joint and fracturing or breaking a bone is always there. "The Body Band” can assist in immobilizing the injured area and surrounding joint (foot, leg, arm, hand, etc.) helping to possibly prevent further injury.

*Tight Criss-Cross Wrapping Motion*
"The Body Band” is rolled to fit the injured area. The excess material is rolled in such a fashion that it creates a temporary splint helping provide support to the injured area. In addition, the ice and compression of "The Body Band” helps to reduce inflammation encouraging less pain and faster healing.

* After application, wait for help and get to a hospital as soon as possible.
